The two performers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, have announced a North American tour that will begin in early October and will run through early December. They will also perform in August at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two concerts, Aug. 5 and Aug. 6 with Alabama Shakes.

Crazy Horse and Neil Young have not performed together in a full concert since 2004 in their Greendale tour. They reformed the group in 2011 to record a series of folk covers for the disc "Americana". Another album with original material will come out later this year. Also joining Neil Young and Crazy Horse on their tour will be Los Lobos for half the tour and Patti Smith for second half of the tour.
